I’m glad you found your way here.
So many of us spend years quietly wondering why we react the way we do … why we overthink, work so hard, be always on alert, or go numb at times that matter the most.
On the outside, we look successful, and accomplished. But underneath, we wonder is something wrong with me? Is there a piece I’m missing?
There isn’t. But there may be patterns worth understanding.
Choosing to begin, or continue, a therapeutic journey is one of the bravest decisions a person can make. No outward adventure compares to the courage it takes to turn inward. And few rewards in life match what you discover when you do.
The changes that come through this kind of work can be genuinely transformative. Once you gain real insight … once you understand yourself differently and find new ways of moving through the world … you won't want to go back.
You've always done your best with what you knew. If you had known differently, you would have done differently.
You’re here now. That means everything that happened prepared you for what’s next.
I've made this journey myself.
I look forward to walking alongside you on yours.
About therapy
I don't practice from a single therapeutic model, and I wouldn't want to. Over the years I've trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Jungian Analysis, Minuchin's structural family therapy, Gottman couples therapy, biofeedback, and hypnosis. Each approach offers something the others don't.
One tool I find especially powerful is Accelerated Resolution Therapy, an advanced trauma processing method that can move quickly through both recent and long-standing wounds.
I've also developed an original assessment called the Trauma Adaptation Profile (TAP-Profile™), which identifies hidden patterns in how you've adapted to stress and trauma, making our work together more focused and more effective from the start.
Please visit the FAQ’s page to learn more about these therapies.
The work is never about what's wrong with you. It's not about diagnoses, deficits, or limitations.
Together, we look at the ways you learned to protect yourself … strategies that made sense when you developed them, and may now be getting in your way.
We look at how those patterns are playing out in your life today.
And we uncover the genuine strengths and gifts woven into each of them.
You'll come to understand your long-standing stress responses not as flaws, but as a whole person's intelligent attempt to survive. See From Adaptation to Strength.
That understanding changes everything.
